euthentic, homemade
At GoJo Ethiopian Cuisine we proudly serve authentic Ethiopian dishes – including a wide selection of vegetarian options. All of our dishes are served with Injerra – Ethiopian flatbread. This bread is traditionally used in lieu of utensils, so dig in and enjoy this GoJo (hot) food! And, don't forget to ask about our Coffee Ceremony tradition. We know Ethiopian cuisine might be a new experience for you – so don’t be afraid to ask and we’ll be happy to answer any questions! Enjoy the Ethiopian "goodness"!

Absolutely! We specialize in traditional Ethiopian
cuisine and offer plenty of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Our lunch is often buffet-style, and our staff are happy
to point out which dishes are vegan-friendly.
We serve a variety of authentic Ethiopian
dishes—including stews called wats, vegetarian combos,
sampler platters, and more. Many dishes are served with
injera flatbread, which is used to scoop the stews.
Yes! We have sampler combos, family combos (serving
2–3), Tibs super combo, and more—all served with injera
and vegetable sides.
Certainly! In many vegetarian combos, injera can
be replaced with brown rice upon request.
